New employees choose their desk, chair, and location in the office.
Late night work hours are uncommon, but when they happen we order food and
focus on the work rather than the deadline. Weekend hours are not encouraged.
A few times a year, the company will halt work for a day and go on a
"company vacation," whether its a float down the springs, a trip to Orlando,
or a day at the beach.

All War Drum policies are based on fairness and sensibility related to our work.
There is no required work schedule, but we do emphasize core hours from 1-5 PM.
There is no required dress code. Work from home is acceptable in many
circumstances, except when working on confidential technology or you are clearly
more productive when physically at the office.
